FB products significantly facilitate equipment maintenance during all stages of the combustion process. As a pre-burner conditioner, the solvent carrier in the FB product cleans fuel tanks, lines and pumps. In the combustion chamber, FB product minimizes engine damage by reducing deposits of carbon and vanadium. As a result, cylinder heads, pistons, and other integral parts can be wiped clean with only a soft cloth. In the exhaust system, the FB product keeps turbochargers and exhaust manifolds free of soot and carbon build-up.

Point A shows how the fuel consumption can differ as little as 4%, and point B shows that it can differ as much as 15%.
FB products facilitate the mainstream of boilers in three stages of operation. As a pre-burner conditioner, the colvent carrier in the product maintains clean filters and protects the life of fuel pumps by keeping fuel tanks and lines free of sludge. FB Products also keeps injectors and nozzles clean thus preventing them from seizing and fouling. In the addition, FB products limit corrosion damage by minimizing the production of vanadium pentoxide.
After the fuel is treated, FB product enables burner adjustments to be made and allow the boiler to operate with lower excess air, thereby reducing heat losses and increasing the heat recovery effectiveness of the boiler. Tube blowing frequency is reduced.
